Eastern Bluebird (Sialia sialis)

Eastern Bluebirds are relatively small, migratory thrushes that inhabit open areas such as farmland, woodland areas and the like. By May, they are active and abundant around Galloway Ridge, especially around the and over the detention pond basin. Typically, they have multiple annual broods.
